In the extended version of TNA president Dixie Carter's speech, she addressed fan questions on TNA's top stars and strongest criticisms. The following are key news and notes from her interview. The full-length video is at the end.

-- Dixie Carter said Hulk Hogan's official debut date in the Impact Zone has not been determined, but an announcement on his on-air role is expected to be made by the end of this week or early next week. "That question will be answered in days, I promise," she said.

-- Carter was optimistic about Kurt Angle's future in the ring despite overwhelming health concerns about Angle at this stage of his career. "I hope Kurt Angle never retires from TNA. I hope when he decides to hang up his boots, you will see him in a different capacity with the company because he has so much to offer," she said. "He is healthy and he is happy and he is taking care of himself. I'm hoping he'll be around for many more years in the ring."

-- Carter confirmed that TNA World Hvt. champion A.J. Styles has a five-year contract with TNA. Styles is currently at the end of the first year of his contract.

-- Carter addressed criticism of the X Division, saying they lost focus on the Division when top stars graduated to the Heavyweight division. "The X Division is what helped establish in TNA's early days. Do I think we've lost focus on it the last few years? Absolutely, yes I do," she said. "Now, it's incumbent on us to find new talent, new X Division wrestlers to take that ball and run with it to find that next A.J. Styles."

-- Carter addressed concern over Hulk Hogan coming to TNA and pushing out the younger talent. She told hardcore wrestling fans what they want to hear about that not affecting the youth movement. "I see it continuing and I see him (Hogan) bringing something to the table that will help these guys accelerate and achieve success even faster," she said. "I feel like with the younger talent, there has been a drastic philosophical shift in recent months in our company. If you don't give these young guys the ball, how can you tell if they can run with it?"

-- Carter said what hardcore wrestling fans want to hear about TNA offering "pro wrestling" rather than "sports entertainment." Carter said: "TNA is pro wrestling. We are a wrestling company and our entertainment revolves around wrestlers and wrestling. I want to continue to see that's something we build upon. Why does 'wrestling' have to be such a dirty word? Part of what we need to do and accomplish is make people proud to talk about wrestling."

Carter also talked about "pro wrestling" being a "dirty word" in a March interview. Carter's statement about their product "revolving around wrestling" is empty based on Torch specialist Curtis Shanks's recent study on TNA Impact having the least amount of wrestling per hour of TV compared to WWE Raw, ECW, Superstars, and Smackdown, and ROH's TV product.
