TNA News: TNA Impact ratings for episode leading to Slammiversary PPV; Knockouts match leads to 17 percent ratings jump Jun 22, 2009 - 12:51:05 PM
The June 18 edition of TNA Impact leading to last night's Slammiversary PPV averaged a 1.19 rating, which was up 11 percent from the previous week's 1.06 rating. The first hour averaged a 1.13 rating and the second hour averaged a 1.25 rating.
The second hour was boosted by a monster fifth quarter hour featuring the Knockouts match of Angelina Love & Daffney vs. Awesome Kong & Taylor Wilde. The quarter-hour averaged a 1.41 rating, which represented a 17.1 percent jump from the fourth quarter hour's 1.17 rating.
After the 1.41 rating to start the second hour, the show slid back to the 1.20-range to conclude the show. The final quarter hour rating (1.19) was higher than the first quarter hour (1.18) to show at least an equal amount of interest to conclude the show.
