TNA star Hulk Hogan says he is actively pursuing criminal and civil legal action to determine (a) who recorded him having sex with radio host Bubba the Love Sponge's ex-wife, Heather, six years ago and (b) who leaked the tape last week.

TMZ appeared to answer the first part when Hogan called in to TMZ's TV show on Tuesday. A TMZ reporter told Hogan that Bubba's voice is heard at the end of the tape telling his wife that if they ever want to retire, they can use the footage.

"If that is true, I'm sick to my stomach right now," Hogan responded.

Hogan continued: "I have gone over this with Bubba and I don't know why someone would secretly film this. When this first popped up six or seven months ago, it was something I was praying would go away. I am accountable for it and it happened way before I met my current wife, Jennifer... I made a bad choice, and Bubba and Heather have always been close friends, which makes me - my reaction is I have not heard that straight up from you like this."

Asked if Bubba ever admitted to taping him, Hogan said Bubba has denied it, even up until a few days ago. Hogan recalled telling Bubba, "'If you did this, you need to tell me now.'" Hogan continued, "That conversation has happened several times. You telling me something like this makes me sick right now."

As for the second part on who leaked the tape, Hogan noted that is the focus of his investigation with attorney David Houston at this point.

"And, I want to find out. That's why we're having a full-blown criminal and civil investigation on who set this camera up and who released the tape," Hogan said. "We're going to civilly and criminally not be happy until we've exhausted all sources and they're being led out of jail in handcuffs. 'Cause this is a criminal offense."
