Bret Hart's ex-wife, Julie Hart, says she's completed her own autobiography on being part of the Hart family that will be "dark" and will surprise some family members with her stories.

"My book is going to be dark," Julie told Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald. "It will obviously surprise a lot of people and family, of course, because those are the first people who are not going to like what you say or don't remember it that way."

Julie says she kept track of Hart family stories and road memories traveling with Bret for WWE that she will detail in the book, which has yet to be picked up by a publisher.

"Bret had tapes. I had journals. Those were my thoughts. I never shared those with anybody," she said. "Bret and I always said we'd write a book about ourselves because our lives were both so interesting. ... I've done some really crazy things, especially being with Bret all those years."

Julie said she's been working on the book for six years and initially was writing with "Dynamite Kid" Tom Billington's wife, but she dropped out of the project. She says a blogger helped her finish the book that she hopes will give a different perspective on life on the road in the wrestling business compared to Bret Hart taking readers behind-the-scenes in his autobiography.

"There's a little bit of everything, my life experiences, in my book -- before Bret, with Bret, after Bret, what happened with us," she said. "As to how I feel about things in his book, people will see in my book what things I respond to that he wrote."
