By Chris Vetter

Torch Indy Reporter Chris Vetter travels thousands of miles each year to see dozens of indy shows all over the Midwest. His reports covering the entire U.S. Indy Scene are usually published exclusively here at PWTorch.com every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

WEEKEND PREVIEW, NEWS & NOTES

Ring of Honor returns to Dayton and Chicago Ridge this weekend. However, both Jack Evans and Necro Butcher have been pulled from the show for various reasons. The lineups for both events are below.

Pro Wrestling Guerrilla has a big show on Sunday in California, headlined with Low Ki defending his PWG Heavyweight Title against former champion El Generico. Learn more at www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com.

The biggest wrestling show in the Twin Cities is tonight at the First Avenue night club in downtown Minneapolis (across from the Target Center), and I’m glad that I’m heading back out to a live wrestling show! I’ve been on a bit of a live show hiatus to recharge my batteries. Khosrow Daivari teams with his younger brother, Arya, to face the North Star Express of Ryan Cruz & Darin Corbin. Twin Cities native ODB will have her first match here in years. I’m hoping for a really good turnout. If you live in the Twin Cities and haven’t been to an indy show in a couple months (or years), you should plan on heading out tonight!

And you can always reach me with your indy results at chrisjvetter@hotmail.com. I request that you remember to say date, location (including building, city & state!), and full name of the promotion.
