I drove six hours to see this show and it was well worth it. This was held in a very small arena - I'd estimate around 1,000 there, but everyone was packed in there so there could be more. The crowd was hot all night and loved every match.

There was tons of merchandise available, including the new Samoa Joe shirts and Becky Lynch goggles.

The show began with William Regal announcing the death of Dusty Rhodes and a 10-bell salute. Wrestlers used bionic elbows and other tributes to Dusty all night long. The crowd often chanted for Dusty throughout the show.

(1) Enzo Amore & Big Cass & Carmella beat NXT tag champions Blake & Murphy & Alexa Bliss via pinfall in a mixed six-person tag match. Enzo scored the pin. This match opened with a promo from Enzo, Cass, and Carmella, which got the crowd excited.

(2) Jason Jordan beat Bull Dempsey via pinfall. There was a spot where Dempsey chased Jordan around the ring and got winded and couldn't keep up.

(3) Baron Corbin beat Rhyno via pinfall. After the match, Rhyno gored Corbin.

(4) Charlotte & Bayley beat Dana Brooke & Emma via submission with dual figure-four leglocks. The crowd popped big for Bayley and Charlotte.

[Intermission]

(5) Zack Ryder & Mojo Rawley beat The Vaudevillians when Mojo scored the pin. The crowd chanted loudly for Ryder and booed Mojo whenever he was in the ring.

(6) NXT Women's champion Sasha Banks beat Becky Lynch via submission to retain the NXT Women's Title. A great match that the crowd loved. They were split 50/50.

(7) NXT champion Kevin Owens beat Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, and Tyler Breeze in a four-way match to retain the NXT Title. Owens pinned Breeze with the Pop-up Powerbomb. The crowd loved this match and everyone in it. They chanted for everyone, and then literally "everyone." This was a great match that was a blast to see live. Samoa Joe was not advertised, so this was an awesome bonus.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this NXT event.
